3 PIECE PCM COOLING VEST
Our filling material are all bio renewable based organic PCMs with high latent of heat, they are either in solid-liquid form or solid-solid gel form. When the PCMs in the vest starts to melt they absorb heat from your body.This process allows for a gentle cooling of the body allowing it to stabilize body temperature instead of shocking the body with extreme cold, as one does with an ice vest.
3 Piece cooling vest is our latest design. Its unique structure ensures the maxium contact surface between the wearer and the cooling vest. Thus the vest provides the strongest cooling sense. It is a light weight design with ultimate comforable for the wearer.
Cooler product usage time reference at different ambient temperatures:
25°C: more than 2-3 hours,
28°C: about 80 minutes,
30°C: 30-60 minutes,
40°C: 15-30 minutes,
Solidification time after melting: When the product is around 30°C,
Normal temperature water (0-20°C): 5-35 minutes,
Refrigerator (0-5°C): 10-30 minutes
Freezer (0--10°C): 5-25 minutes,
The freezing of the product is related to the power setting temperature of the refrigerator. The fastest recovery is to use ice water, which is about 5°C and will completely freeze in about 10-30 minutes.
